The ESE Parent Survey for the 2025–2026 School Year is Now Open
The Florida Department of Education (FDOE) invites parents of children with an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) who receive ESE services from preschool age through grade 12, and is not intended for parents of students receiving only gifted services through an Educational Plan (EP). The survey closes 6/15/2026. Access the survey here.

Families with students entering pre-kindergarten through grade 12 have the opportunity to choose from an array of Choice Programs.

Crestwood Middle School’s faculty and staff will devote themselves to ensuring the future a generation of productive, balanced, and resourceful citizens. We do this by creating an instructional, stimulating, and safe learning environment and by lighting the fire of passion for peace, justice, and academic excellence in each student. We will assist Crestwood students in finding their individual strengths and guide them on the path to success in their future endeavors.
Crestwood has earned an A rating from the 2025 Florida Department of Education school grading system!
