The goal is to inspire, engage, and prepare your child for 21st century career in STEM. 

Course Description

S.T.E.M. = Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math
Using the design process, students brainstorm, research, develop ideas, create models, test and evaluate design ideas, and communicate their solution to solve problems. This is a project-based class.

Course Highlights

Grading will be based upon daily work assignments, including writing using R.A.C.E. strategies/drawing in Engineering notebooks, watching video examples of engineering concepts/careers, and working on individual/group projects. Rubrics are used for assessment of students’ content knowledge. Each grading quarter is focused on a different aspect of STEM.
